Silicon Valley Market Activity Warming Up for the Summer

As summer closely approaches, market activity is also warming up. Despite the volatile interest rate hikes in the last year, and failed banking institutions, median home prices, overbidding, home sales prices, and buyer demand continue to climb in all counties we serve. Average days of homes on the market have plunged since the start of Spring 2023. Median home prices, as of May, have risen to $1,930,000 in San Mateo, $1,730,000 in Santa Clara, and $1,265,000 in Santa Cruz.
