Hello, my name is Dawn Thomas, and I’m here to talk to you about what you can expect during our initial buyer consultation, when we’re meeting for the very first time.

Typically, we’ll meet after you’ve competed a buyer questionnaire, and the reason that I start the process this way is so that I can get to know you a little bit before you even come and we meet face to face.

The initial buyer consultation gives us the opportunity to meet and get to know one another, and to determine whether or not we’re a good fit. I’ll ask you a lot of question, I’ll explain to you what’s going on in the marketplace. i want you to ask me questions you may have, and so that you understand what you can expect throughout out our process.

We discuss what is truly the most important thing to you, regarding your upcoming home purchase. Are you looking at starting a family? Are you looking at getting married? Are you getting a divorce? I mean, there’s a wide variety of different clients that I have and all of the them come to me various different life needs and goals that they have in mind that they want to accomplish, and I really want to be able to understand those. If I don’t know what your goals are, and what your thoughts are on this process, or what your fears are, I really can’t truly help you. And ultimately its about getting you what you want. My job for you under buyer representation, is to get you the best possible price on your next purchase. I want to understand what neighborhood you’re looking for. When you turn right down the street that you might potentially live on, what does that feel like to you? Is it tree lined? Do you require hardwood floors? Do you require a wine cellar? I want to know all of those types of things, because the more I know about what you want, the better chance we have of getting it.

Again those are some of the things that you can expect when we do our initial buyer consultation. And again thanks so much for listening, my name is Dawn Thomas, and I look forward to serving you.
