Hilda Ramirez is President of Equity Preservation, Inc. located in Campbell, California. Equity Preservation, Inc. was founded in 1980 and Hilda started her career in the 1031 industry by joining the firm in 1986 as their accountant. Over the years Hilda has held many positions with EPI ranging from Vice President of Operations to Director of Business Develop and now holds the office of President.  Hilda was elected to the FEA Board in 2006 and has served on many committees with a strong emphasis on Marketing and Positioning the FEA to be the premier trade association for the 1031 exchange professional.
