Hello and thank you for visiting my website! I’m Broker Associate Dawn Thomas, a highly-experienced Silicon Valley REALTOR® with a passion for negotiating the best possible transactions for my clients.

It’s always an honor to be recognized for the work I do, and I was thrilled to learn the San Jose Mercury News Reader’s Choice Awards “Best in Silicon Valley 2010” named me the Best Real Estate Agent in the newspaper’s annual reader’s poll! The awards cited that my “fierce negotiating skills combined with a 20-year background in marketing and sales” led to the win, and I’m so grateful to my past and current clients for their votes.

Always looking to expand my education and serve the needs of affluent buyers and sellers, I also earned the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. It recognizes my experience, knowledge and expertise in the luxury home market.

The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing recognized my recent performance in the million-dollar and above luxury home market within Silicon Valley.
